Blizzard today released a blog covering many of the updates included in Shadowlands Pre-Patch 9.x. These include a level, item, and stat squish, a new starting and leveling experience, and the announcement of the end of Battle for Azeroth PvP Season 4.

about boosting the level of one of your Heroes now, please note the following:

With the upcoming character level conversion in Shadowlands, character upgrade changes will also be made once the preparation patch is released. So you should start thinking about how you want to use your upgrades now.

• Character upgrades at level 120 will upgrade characters to level 50 after the prep patch.
• Character upgrades at level 110 will upgrade characters to level 48 after the pre-patch.
