With the amount of adjustments, changes and simplifications that Blizzard has given us with patch 9.1.5, it is easy to lose track. Because apart from the sheer quantity, there are also a lot of things in this list that don't necessarily affect you. Not everyone is interested in changes to pet fights, twinks or other areas of the game. So it's easy for a small but important adjustment to slip out of focus and get forgotten. For example, the change to the XP items for our followers.
This refers to the items that you can earn via missions on the adventurer's table: Consciousness Expanding Prism, Fractal Thought Binder, and Crystalline Memory Store
.In practice, this means you can earn them with all chars and then send them to the character that needs them. This is especially important with regard to the simplified pact change. Because in a new pact you have to play up your new followers first. A lot of Anima already makes things easier for you, but the XP items make it even faster, of course. So the follower missions are now worthwhile on Twinks not only for runes, gold or materials, but also to make your mainchar's life easier.
Unfortunately, this change does not apply retroactively. The XP items you got before the patch are still tied to the respective character.
What kind of missions do you do with your Twinks so far? Are you more interested in earning gold, or do you use the system to provide yourself with resources for Legendarys?
