Valor points are waking up from their slumber with WoW patch 9.0.5 and are returning as a currency in Blizzard's online role-playing game. However, the token system works a little differently in Shadowlands than it did before. In addition to upgrading items from Mythic+ dungeons, you can also spend your bravery points on rare crafting materials.
The developers are placing a new NPC in Oribos for this purpose: The midwayer Ko'tul is in the Hall of Custody near the Great Treasury and will trade your Valor Points for certain crafting goods. As of patch 9.0.5 on the World of Warcraft test server (buy now €14.99), Ko'tul has the following merchandise packs on offer:
Since these are test server values for patch 9.0.5, the cost and amount of craftables you'll receive from the packs may change between now and the update's release in March 2021.
Because crafting materials will play a long-term role in Shadowlands due to the Legendary system, players will get an additional opportunity to farm materials for new Legendary items or upgrading them (or crafting the base items they need) via Valor Points.
