It's almost a good old tradition in World of Warcraft to drag particularly nasty monsters from classic Azeroth all the way to Stormwind, causing plenty of chaos and the odd corpse. In vanilla WoW, it was Lord Kazzak, among others, who raged invincibly through the Alliance capital in "Supreme Mode"
.After the launch of WoW (buy now 14,99 € ) Classic, two ... let's call them ... Nostalgics lured the bad-tempered dragon Teremus the Devourer from the Desolate Lands to the throne room of Stormwind
. Hach, that brought back memories! And it is precisely this Teremus who plays a role in the first season of the championship.You probably guessed it: even in the freshly launched first season of the WoW Classic championship, there are players who want to stick to the cherished traditions. Only this time something is different. There's a hardcore challenge
that revolves around getting to level 60 without a Spirit Healer visit, equipping your character to the best of your ability, and then eventually clearing Molten Core. A virtual death already means that the avatar must be deleted.You can certainly imagine that these same hardcore players didn't find it funny at all when suddenly Teremus was standing in the supposedly safe Stormwind, living up to his Devourer title.
