Since the increase of Anima rewards in patch 9.1 of WoW Shadowlands, players can finally fully upgrade their Pact Sanctum and buy their Pact-specific items such as mounts, transmog, and toys. Thankful gifts are still far too rare at the moment, however.
00:30This resource is also required for some of the Pact rewards. Grateful Gifts are only available through the Animal Rider. If you point the Animal Rider at a zone, you have the chance to summon a rare enemy that wouldn't be there otherwise. This enemy will then drop a few gifts, but for mounts you sometimes need up to 100.
In order to eliminate this bottleneck, players have the option to receive Grateful Gifts via vocations with patch 9.1.5. As first tests on the PTR have shown, the amount of gifts received is apparently still based on the rank of your animal leader. Currently, players receive seven to nine Gratitude Gifts per Vocation Chest. This is necessary if players are to have any chance of collecting their Pact rewards at the end of the expansion.

Thanks for the suggestion! We do agree that Grateful Offering acquisition could be increased, especially with the upcoming ease of changing covenants. In 9.1.5, we are currently planning to add Grateful Offerings in covenant callings based on the level of the character's Anima Conductor. The Grateful Offerings would come with the calling rewards at tier 1 and the amount would increase at tiers 2 and 3.
You'll be able to test this soon on the PTR.
